Offering FREE classes like Excel training, computer basics for seniors, and more ensures that everyone in our community has the opportunity to thrive in a technology-driven society. By providing these resources at no cost, we empower individuals to build vital skills, improve their job prospects, and stay connected in an increasingly digital world.

Basic Computer Skills for Seniors

​Are you getting ‘grumpy’ tech support from your family? Gain confidence in using technology with Basic Computer Skills. This class is for seniors who are a little confused about ‘how this dang thing works’!

What you will learn:

  • Using a mouse and keyboard

  • Selecting and moving files

  • Creating and saving files

  • Navigating apps and websites​​

 

When: 4 Mondays starting May 5 | 1 pm to 3 pm

Where: MAM West Campus - 2424 Wilcrest

Intermediate Excel

Know the basics of Excel but want to do more? Take your skills to the next level!

What you will learn:

  • Conditional formatting​​

  • Arithmetic functions

  • Tables

  • Functions

  • Hotkeys

 

When: 4 Mondays - May 8 to May 29 | 12 pm to 2 pm

Where: MAM West Campus - 2424 Wilcrest

Requirements: Completed Basic Excel or instructor permission
