Are you interested in a career in electrical work in the construction industry? You can start your journey toward becoming a licensed electrician in Texas through this FREE training at MAM. Lessons are taught using videos, and you'll also have hands-on practice with Virtual Reality (VR) headsets. The training covers important topics such as the NEC, OSHA, electrical safety, device installation, conduit bending/installation, and wire pulling.
You will receive:

OSHA 10-Hour Certification

TDLR Electrical Apprentice License

TRIO Education Certificate of completion
Eligibility Criteria:

Must be eligible to obtain a TDLR license
-
Must pass a drug test
-
Must have intermediate English proficiency and computer skills

No criminal background
-
Must be authorized to work in the US
-
Must pass a color blind test
-
Reliable transportation
-
Motivation and commitment to complete the class
Date: From June 9th to July 11th (5 weeks)
Mandatory course introduction: June 6th, 1pm - 3:30pm at MAM Main Office - 1625 Blalock Road, Houston, TX 77080
Class Timing: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm
Location: All classes are offered in-person at 11413 Todd St, Houston, TX 77055
